Notice of Revisions to Upper Harbor Terminal Planning Process Community Input Opportunities in July

July 25 Community Meeting Revised

Please note that the content of the next community meeting to seek input on the planning for the Upper Harbor Terminal has changed because it is taking longer to prepare the development framework options than had been anticipated.

The public is still welcome to attend an open house at which they can get introduced to the site and project if they have not been previously involved, can get caught up if they have participated earlier and can meet members of the City, Park Board and development team. However, there will not be any new materials or concepts displayed.

An update will be provided at the subsequent 7:00 pm AFCAC meeting, but there will not be a presentation of any new materials or any concepts for which input is being sought.

Both portions of the evening are open to the public and will be family-friendly, and refreshments will be provided.

Here’s the updated meeting info:

     Tuesday, July 25

6:00 – 7:00 pm – Intro presentations for new participants

7:00 – 7:20 pm — AFCAC meeting with brief update

MPRB headquarters, 2117 W. River Road N., second floor board room

FLOW Northside Arts Crawl

Members of the City, Park Board and UHT development team also are working with Juxtaposition Arts to share information about the site and project and gather general input. Come enjoy the FLOW Northside Arts Crawl and learn more about the Upper Harbor Terminal:

     Saturday, July 29

12:30 – 5:30 pm – Upper Harbor Terminal representatives present

Juxtaposition Arts, 2007 Emerson Ave. N.

If you haven’t already done so, please sign up for GovDelivery email updates on the UHT web site or watch for social media notices on Facebook, Twitter and NextDoor, as meetings may need to be adjusted. Information on the webpage and meeting notices also will provide more details about specific meetings and topics.
